Associate Business Administrator (Korean speaker).
Admin support to the teams on large international projects, and marketing materials that help win new work. Thai, English and business-level Korean.
The role
An admin role in the Support Team with two parts.
Project admin, about two thirds of the time: you give admin support to the teams on large international projects, so that the project managers can focus on the client and on delivery. You organise project logistics, meetings, documents and trackers, and help the team work across languages and time zones.
Business development support, about one third of the time: you create marketing materials, such as case studies, presentations and capability statements, to help the team win new work.
The role is based in the Bangkok office and reports to the General Manager. No travel is expected at this point. It sits at Level 2, “Assist”, of the ddx Capability Framework, which follows SFIA 9 (the Skills Framework for the Information Age).
What you’ll do
- Organise project logistics: travel, accommodation, venues and meeting rooms for the project team and for client visits.
- Schedule project meetings across time zones, send invitations and prepare meeting packs.
- Take meeting notes, and track actions, decisions and deadlines in ClickUp.
- Keep project documents, contact lists and trackers up to date and filed in the correct place, so the team uses the latest version of each document.
- Act as a contact point for the admin teams of clients and partners, in Thai, English and Korean.
- Summarise or translate routine emails and documents between Korean and English.
- Collect project invoices, receipts and timesheets, and pass them to the finance team.
- Co-ordinate with the office manager and finance assistant on shared admin tasks, so that work is not duplicated.
- Create marketing materials, such as case studies, presentations and capability statements, to ddx brand standards.
What you’ll bring
- One to two years of experience in a project admin, office admin or similar role, ideally on international projects. We may consider candidates with less experience, with the salary set to match.
- Fluent Thai, and good written and spoken English.
- Business-level Korean: able to write emails, arrange meetings and speak with Korean clients and partners.
- Experience of using AI tools, such as Claude, in everyday work.
- Desirable: experience of work with Korean companies, or time spent studying or working in Korea.
- Desirable: a university degree in business, management or a related subject.
- Desirable: experience with ClickUp, Slack or similar tools.
How you’ll work
- Under close direction from the project managers, with clear instructions for each task.
- Following ddx processes, templates and the Code of Conduct.
- With ddx-approved AI tools on assigned tasks, checking outputs against the sources supplied and protecting sensitive information.
- Building practical experience in project support on international projects.
