About.

People never experience a strategy document, a design file or a technology roadmap. They feel what happens when all three come together. They experience the physical spaces they enter, the digital systems they use, and the human conversations that shape their journey. Most organisations buy strategy from one firm, design from a second, technology from a third, and delivery from a fourth. The gaps between them are where experiences fail.

Who we are.

  1. ddx was built to close those gaps.

We're a consultancy that takes projects from first idea to launch, one team connecting strategy, design, technology and delivery. If one word embodies our work, it's digitalisation: technology woven into places, products and ways of working. Every part should work together, because systems should never get in the way of great experiences.

  2. We think slow and act fast.

The hard questions get asked before the build begins, then the work moves at pace. With AI in our DNA since 2019, that thinking stretches further: more options tested, more assumptions challenged, more refinement before anything goes live.

  3. We don't just design experiences. We make them real.

We don't claim what we can't deliver. We do what we say. It's a simple promise, kept project after project, and it's how individual engagements grow into long-standing relationships.

How we work.

  1. We think slow, act fast

    What we mean

The deep thinking happens before the build, where problems are best solved. Then we move with pace, guidance and discipline.

    Why it matters

You avoid the expensive pitfalls, so your budget does what it was planned for.

    Proof

Nikkei, where testing assumptions before building saved a flagship product from a confident, costly mistake.

  2. We start with people, not just technology

    What we mean

We begin by understanding the people at the centre of the experience: how they move, what they need, and how they interact with spaces, systems and services. That understanding shapes every decision, ensuring what gets built works for the people who use it.

    Why it matters

The technology fits the experience, not the other way around.

    Proof

A German automotive brand, where what looked like a customer experience problem turned out to be a data problem in disguise.

  3. We design the connections

    What we mean

We design one connected experience, mapping every interaction across physical spaces, digital systems and human services before the build, so nothing is left to chance.

    Why it matters

A great experience feels effortless because someone considered the transitions and gaps: the walk from the lift to the lobby, the natural tap from email to app, the handover from screen to staff. We ensure those connections are designed, tested and built to last.

  4. We deliver complete experiences

    What we mean

Strategy, design, technology and delivery work together end-to-end, so the idea that starts a project is the one that goes live.

    Why it matters

No value is lost in handovers and managing multiple partners because the strategy is defined and ready for action. One team, one accountability, one thread from first idea to launch.

    Proof

One Bangkok, where ddx architected the digital nervous system of a city-scale district and it went live and runs.

  5. We do what we say

    What we mean

Commitments made are commitments kept, from first discussions to live operation, working in the background to make sure our clients meet their goals.

    Why it matters

You get a trusted partner, which is why our single projects grow into long-standing relationships.

  6. AI built into everything we do

    What we mean

AI has been part of how ddx works since 2019, embedded in our everyday crafts. AI handles the volume, our team brings the judgement. Time saved goes back into the work: exploring more options, testing more assumptions and refining before we build.

    Why it matters

More angles tested, more rounds of refinement, more rigour in the checks, on the same budget and the same clock.

    Proof

We're our own first client: ddx PMO, our AI-enabled PMO (project management office) platform, runs on ddx's own live engagements first, so by the time it reaches clients it's already proven on real work. Behind it sits a governed practice, run to the PMI (Project Management Institute) Standard for AI in portfolio, programme and project management, with a documented playbook covering every team.

Responsibility.

Information security

  1. Environment

We keep travel to a minimum and combine trips when we do travel. We design cloud systems that don't waste computing power, and recycle or securely destroy old hardware.

  2. People

We do not discriminate, and recruitment and promotion are based on merit. Remote working supports family commitments and different ways of working.

  3. Supply chain

We have zero tolerance for forced labour, and we ask our suppliers to meet the same standards.

  4. Governance

Our board oversees the policy and reviews it every year. Everyone who joins is trained on it, along with data protection and ethics.
