ddx to share expertise at the Global Sustainable Development Congress

Events Smart City

DDX is excited to be participating in the Global Sustainable Development Congress (#GSDCongress2024) organised by Times Higher Education, taking place in Bangkok at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre on June 12th. Our Chief Technology Officer, Gareth Davies, will be taking the stage to share our insights on accelerating sustainable urban development.

Cities are at the forefront of both the climate crisis and the solutions we need to build a more sustainable future. In his session, our CTO Gareth Davies will discuss:

  • Research and innovation case studies: Showcasing how cutting-edge solutions are already transforming urban landscapes around the globe.
  • Smarter cities: Examining how integrated, tech-driven approaches are creating more livable, eco-friendly, and economically thriving urban environments.
  • Monitoring frameworks: Highlighting the importance of tracking progress and ensuring the effectiveness of sustainable strategies.

Why this matters to us

As a Bangkok-based company, we’re deeply invested in the sustainable growth of our city and the region. We believe that technology, combined with thoughtful collaboration and innovative solutions, can help us create cities that are not just sustainable, but truly thrive.
